[OKDXA] Donation in support of the ZK3A Tokelau DXpedition

The OKDXA board has approved and today a $100 donation was made in support
of the ZK3A Dxpedition to Tokelau Island in October of 2019.
Tokelau is number 40 on the Clublog most needed list.
