[OKDXA] Computer to rig CW cable

I am looking for a USB to radio CW interface.  Has anyone found a good
source for these interfaces?  There is a nicely priced one on Amazon that
gets good reviews, but it is shipping from China and takes a month or more
to get here, and I would like one a little sooner than that, if possible.

I will get using this to get my Yaesu FT100D doing CW remotely. Right now I
am limited to doing the digital modes (mostly FT8) remotely.
