Lest you have been distracted by the absolutely /phenomenal/ band
conditions we've enjoyed recently... The Green Country Hamfest is this
Friday and Saturday! The best part? We'll have our Spring OKDXA meeting
starting at noon, Saturday! Please come as we have a lot to cover. If
you haven't yet renewed, this sill be an ideal opportunity to break in
our new secretary/treasurer. Yes, we get to elect a new sec/treas this
meeting. Bruce's (second? third?) tenure as an OKDXA officer has come to
an end and we'll need someone to step into those shoes.

QSL cards? Yes: QSL cards form Bangladesh (S21ZEE and S21ZED) were sent
to me for distribution to our members. Alas! and Alack! I'm not one of
the Deserving. But here's who is:

*S21ZED*
K5YAA: 30 m CW
K5WE: 20 m CW, 30 m CW
K5KC: 30 m CW
W5IF: 30m CW
N5AQ: 30 m CW
N4IJ: 20 m CW

*S21ZEE*
K5WE: 30 m CW, 20 m CW

These cards also came with a DVD documenting the DXPedition.
Congratulations to you all: /come to the meeting and get your cards!/

We also received TWO DVDs from the 2016 Cordell VK0EK Heard Is.
DXPedition: one DVD contains only videos documenting the effort while
the other contains data: articles, documents, graphics, pictures,
PowerPoints, and additional videos. Videos MP4s. One is 3.08 GB in size,
but there is also compressed version (712 MB). Both run 45 min. I'd like
to put the compressed version on our revamped web site.

I look forward to seeing you all in Claremore on Saturday! I'll be
wearing one of the new, spiffy OKDXA shirts, so I'll be easy to find.

73 & Best DX,

Kim N5OP
