[OKDXA] VP6D on 160 m

If you have any 160 capability, VP6D is not busy on 160 and pretty easy 
to work with only 100 W. I shunt feed my tower for 160 (TX and RX this 
morning) and their signals were a solid 579 at 1220 UTC. They have only 
a couple of days left, so now is the time to get them. At first I was 
disappointed as they were working FT8, but in a bit they were back on 
CW: they use 1826.5 listening up 1-2.
