[OKDXA] 3Y0I - Bouvet

According to their web site, they deferred their trip in lieu of 3Y0Z. 
But since 3Y0Z is now not happening, I guess 3Y0I wants to make a go. 
They don't discuss equipment at all, so I'm assuming they will not be as 
well equipped with regards to radios or antennas. This could be 
interesting...
