I have worked them several times, and I think the main problem there is noise,  They don't seem able at times to get full callsigns and resort to partials which slows the process significantly.  I have been having trouble with 30 meters.  Sometimes I hear them pretty good, but get no return (I wonder what power they are using on 30m).  Noise - propagation???  Dunno
