[OKDXA] Kosovo

[N4IJ .]

They had several stations and multiple ops rotating. They had 3 Germans, an
Italian and a Canadian as operators.  I don't think they had any natives at
all.
They tried to operate DXpedition style but I understand they had high noise
level + some of the ops were a bit QRS.

Anyway I worked them on 40m CW. This particular group is on for another
week or so.
