[OKDXA] FT8 OMAN

Just wanted to advise everyone that in the last few evenings I've received
FT8 signals from OMAN from 3 different callsigns.  I managed to work one,
A41ZZ.
He has a 4 ele Yagi on 20m.

I worked him with my 43 foot vertical... although I did break my own rule
of never going above 30 watts.. I walked up to 60 or 70 watts.  He
apparently watched me calling the other Oman stations unsuccessfully and he
called me!
