You will get them ALL.....
It simply takes time.
AND we are at the BOTTOM of the sunspot cycle now.
Propagation/signal strength  will be MUCH MUCH better in 5-6 years..
It took me *37 years *to get the last one.
AND YES, I still remember that contact in 2007.
I had a 20/9 noise level, an could not not hear them.
MY noise level was finally fixed by the power company the last day of 
their operation.
Then, only a few hours remained to snag em.
Stop by sometime and I'll show you the QSL card, BS7H Scarborough Reef,
on display in the living room.
