[OKDXA] Naive DXCC Question

It's Kure Is., KH6JEB/KH7, from 23 Feb 1989 and is Phone. It's not in my LotW, even though I'm pretty sure it's been in the uploads. I looked for the card last night and came up empty. Yet, when I looked up the call on the web, I saw pictures of the card and I remember it because it had cartoon Monk seals on it. Mine is a light blue color, but the guy had different colors. He was apparently pretty active from there in the mid- to late 80's and early 90's. I traced him down and he became a SK in 2002.
This card must have been submitted in my first DXCC submission.
