[OKDXA] W5 Incoming Bureau

I spent considerable time on the phone with Mike, W5VXU, recently.  His health has been declining and he felt that it was time to pass the torch as W5 Incoming Bureau Manager.  To complicate matters, he's had ongoing problems with his internet
service and email, rendering it virtually impossible to take care of the daily affairs of the bureau.
I have agreed to take over as the W5 Incoming Bureau Manager.
I will be driving to Hobart on Sunday to pick everything up.  
I have asked ARRL to update the info on their website.

Having said all that, and anticipating how demanding the job will be, I am not going to accept nominations for any offices in the OKDXA.  When we hold elections at Green Country Hamfest this year, I encourage those of you who have not stepped up and made yourself available to hold office to do so now.  I will be vacating the office of Secretary/Treasurer and will transfer all the funds in the OKDXA account to the new officeholder.  The club will flourish or languish, depending upon the effort its members are willing to invest in it.
I am willing to continue doing the OKDXA website but if there is someone who wants to take on the role, I'll gladly hand off that job.  Likewise, if someone is interested in managing the OKDXA reflector (mailing list), I'll let someone else take that over.
I will continue to function as an ARRL DXCC Field Checker.  I still have my credentials as a VE and OO but will most likely resign the OO function.  
I am sorry this had to be so lengthy but there was a lot of ground to cover.
