[OKDXA] Preferred Clusters for DX Spots

I use DXBase for my logging and have an old (OLD) hosts file that 
contains a good-sized list of internet clusters that post DX spots. I'm 
finding that a lot of the entries are no longer valid. Which internet 
clusters have a large "up" time and reliably available?
