HI ROGER, I HAVE RECEIVED HEARD CARDS, SOUTH SANDWICH,SOUTH GEORGIA AND OTHERS BUT STILL NOT CARDS FROM FT4JA YET. ALL NEW ONES FOR ME FROM STATESIDE. I STILL COLLECT QSL CARDS ALSO, TRY TO SEND OFF FOR THE RARER CARDS AND JUST MADE IT TO 301 COUNTRIES and 100 plus countries all hf bands except 160m. A lot easier to work them from down here stateside than it was in Alaska.
GOOD LUCK AND CONGRATULATIONS.

No sooner than I get back from Ham Holiday in OKC than I see a cool
letter with postage stamps from Juan de Nova. Or more accurately "Terres
Australes et Antarctiques Francaises".

For these 'rare DX' locations that I need for ATNOs, I don't necessarily
need paper QSLs if I have LOTW confirmations. But if I can get the paper
QSL so much the better.

We have really had a great DXpedition season these first six months of
2016. Being able to work these DXpeditions, plus not having to work the
deleted entity of Kingman Reef, just barely puts me on the Honor Roll.

I wonder how many of you still collect paper QSLs? Also, did working
these recent DXpeditions boost up your ATNO count?

P.S. As of right now, I have not received a paper card from the VK0EK
Heard Island DXpedition. I think I requested one. Maybe they are still
working on getting them printed and sent out.
