[OKDXA] Mountain topping for South Sandwich

I have my fingers crossed for you, John. 30 meters is likely your best 
bet if they are on between 0000 and 0100 or so. They have been louder 
then/there than on any other band from my qth. I have to agree with Kim 
and others, a mobile whip will very likely prove useless in this case, 
even from atop Mt. Scott.
