A friend of mine said he understood that Centennial QSL cards have been destroyed for
amateurs Who do not have envelopes on file with the QS L bureau. Does anyone know if
that is true?  I just received a few of mine a week or two ago, but should have many
more. I worked all 50 states both times around. I know I have 9 cards at the BURO
waiting on more envelopes. I know I am okay but wondering if he is out of luck because
he is just getting envelopes sent to his BURO.
