[OKDXA] DXCC for Mobile Operation

Is an aeronautical one even feasible?   Position verification, and not everyone has the opportunity to buy an aircraft and fly.  It also depends on the captain of an airplane of you operate.

     I forwarded a comment on the DXCC Mobile (I like the idea), but offered
a question as to would it not only include land vehicle (car, truck, RV,
bicycle, etc), but also nautical and/or aeronautical mobile?
