[OKDXA] DXCC for Mobile Operation

Would it require confirmations, like most DXCC, or not require them, like
the QRP DXCC. If it does require QSLs or LOTW credits, would they have to
specifically indicate the applicant was mobile?

I am fine with the idea as I do quite a bit of mobile work and chase DX
while mobile, but would be interested in how the above questions would be
worked out.
