[OKDXA] Navassa QSOs up on LOTW

Same here.  I checked late yesterday.  Even attempted a reload, which LOTW
said we dupes, so my Q's are in the system.

Roger,
Don't think they must have uploaded the log in its entirety.  None of my
QSO's are showing a match as of yet.  No biggie though.
And I did the OQRS request so I'd get their paper cards as well.
