[OKDXA] Navassa QSOs up on LOTW

As of this evening, the K1N DXpedition has posted their log up on LOTW. 
Also, they have activated the Online QSL Requist on their website for 
those wanting paper QSL cards.

Also, the dates for the Eritrea operation have been firmed up: namely 
the start is slated for March  6th. The callsign for the Eritrea 
operation has not yet been announced.
