[OKDXA] K1N latest news announcement

Although since they are only looking at their logs, it is possible for
people to have worked KP1 in the past could still get in on this, but I
would hope that DXers would have enough integrity to not do this.  I know
when Ducie Island was first activated they left a station on 15m 24 hours a
day for the entire DXpedition as that was judged to be the best band to
give everyone at least 1 shot at them, since it was a ATNO for everyone.  I
hope some of the upcoming DXpeditons choose to do that for 20 or 15m as
well.
