[OKDXA] Navassa Operations

I've heard several comment that there hasn't been any operations from
Navassa in 30 years.  So I thought I would dig out my old contacts.  I
have two cards from April of 85, a card from Jan 92 and one from Jun of
06.  All of these were accepted for DXCC.  The last two operations weren't
big dxpeditions like we have today but they did operate legally from
Navassa.  For what it's worth.  ;-)
