He is very good at confirming via lotw and will also confirm via his
manager. I have his card and also have od5army card here also. If it
was cw, it might not be him, he states in his qrz that he doesn't wrk cw,,
unless he has just started. Good luck hope you worked him and not a pirate,
and he will upload to lotw fairly quickly.
