Interesting. I worked him on CW but he seemed pretty slow and only 
responded to a call if it was sent pretty much in the clear and then was 
rather slow about accepting the call. Assuming the QSO is "real" (his 
signal peaked in the right direction for here and the signal had some 
polar-path characteristics) , he may have been using a code reader. The 
e-mail QSL came from walid at karami.info (Karami is a Lebanese surname) 
and looks like it was generated in "MacLoggerDX" whatever that is.
