[OKDXA] VU4KV

A few days ago I saw them spotted on 20M (14.180, listening 14.240 to
14.250) and when I first started listening they were about S4 to S5.
This was noonish to early-afternoon.  Once I heard them starting to fade
I figured that was it for that day.  However, strangely, around 2 to 3
p.m. they peaked back up, again, around the S4 range.
They're definitely not melting anyone's S-meter here in the U.S. from what
I can tell.
