  I have heard them best on the lower bands in the early mornings on a WNW
heading, about 285-290 degrees. Worked them on 30 meters the first morning,
20 meters  the second morning, and when they finally came up on 40 meters
this morning around 1400Z they were very loud, S9+. All these were beaming
the western path. Listened a bit on 20, 17, and 15 later in the day and they
seem to be strongest beaming over Europe or sometimes more ESE, depending on
the time of day. Good Luck.
