[OKDXA] FT5ZM Amsterdam Island

Kim,

I am using a K3/P3 combo, but I learned the panadapter tricks using a 
Flex 5000. I wait until he (DX)  has to call a station more than once. 
The callers are fewer then, and when a signal pops up with the right 
timing and appears (I can now read cw relatively well by watching the 
blip in the panadapter) that the signal I am watching is the correct 
one, I put my transmitter just above or below. Once you have a starting 
point and figure out the direction he is going, it is easier to pick out 
the station being worked and move just beyond him in the direction he is 
moving.
