Thanks, Mark. I am going to see what EP3HF and EP3SMH say that we should 
do now that IRCs are no longer available. I suspect that (in addition to 
covering return postage), the boys in Iran are also trying to make a 
little spending cash and might not appreciate getting an Iranian 
International stamp from me.
