[OKDXA] Anyone have any IRCs?

Tom,

Thanks for the reply. I agree....I though I remembered that announcement 
regarding discontinuation of the IRC. Yes, both active EPs require $10 
and an IRC currently. Ridiculous, but the way it is, especially since my 
prior experience sending greenstamps with qsl cards to Iran has never 
produced a card.
