[OKDXA] EP?

Thanks, Bert. I have ignored him in the past as his signal is never 
particularly strong here and his credentials are iffy (not on the list 
of current licensees in Iran). Called him this morning, but the qso was 
confused by European contest qrm. He certainly tried hard to complete 
the qso, so I have to give him credit for that.  Do you know if Sadegh 
is okay with DXCC and if his qsl practices are any more reliable than 
Moshen's?
