[OKDXA] EP?

Bob,

I see one of the EPs that was spotted today says he wants $10 and an IRC
for a QSL.  I had no trouble getting a QSL from EP3SMH. Can't remember what
I sent but I do believe it wasn't that much, but things might have been
very different then. Good luck getting a QSL, I know that it can be
difficult at times.  Getting my E30NA QSL was tough and the manager was in
Germany!
