[OKDXA] VK0IR 1997 question

John, My memory of the last Heard Is operation was that they were quite
workable, but it was never easy....much like Amsterdam this time. Seems
they are never particularly strong. I don't remember EU being such stiff
competition and the deliberate interference was never an issue on cw
...or on phone... on any band other than 20 meters.
