If you are using MS Word, then highlight the text you want to make a link
and select copy.  Then right-click on it and select hyperlink
On the address line (the empty box on the bottom of the window that pops up)
paste the text you copied.  Save it then save the document.

I have a refreshed background Word Document and would like to replace the
link to it on the roster.
The Document is attached. Years ago I knew how to do it but time has taken
that part of my capability (memory) away.
Any assistance appreciaed.
