[OKDXA] RHR Remote Ham Radio

I have no problem with any of the RHR systems or the folks who chose to 
use them,  but I see no reason to change DXCC rules to include them. 
IMHO, any DXCC credit should be earned from the the registered station 
location of the ham applying for DXCC credit. That does not preclude the 
use of remote systems that control the "home" station at all and rules, 
and accommodations for portable and mobile operation already exist. This 
is no different than the various internet linked ham repeater systems. 
No one would consider a contact using one of those eligible for DXCC 
credit, right?
