[OKDXA] Propagation to Amsterdam Island DXpedition

Thanks for running that Roger. I was unaware how much beam headings varied
for different parts of OK. I was able to find VOCAP and run some
predictions. It does appear that with a SSN of 60 (which is was VOCAP was
assuming for January) there are some short openings on 15. 20 and 30 appear
to be the best. 30m is the one time I was able to hear FT5XO when they were
there. Unfortunately I didnt work them, though.
