[OKDXA] LOTW Part Deux

LOTW log processing is proceeding quite nicely.  A few days ago, LOTW was
processing logs from nearly 14 days back.  It's gaining ground every hour
and is now processing logs from 7 days ago.  One would assume that it'll
continue to gain ground over the next few days.  It'll be exciting to see
if it'll make it down to the point to where it's processing logs the same
day they're uploaded, or at least within a couple of days.  Undoubtedly,
whatever they have done as far as revving up their system is working.
