[OKDXA] LoTW

I'm cautiously optimistic about what I'm seeing with regard to LoTW.
As everyone most likely knows, LoTW has been in a virtual logjam situation
for the past month or so and the log processing queue was getting further
and further behind.  The LoTW main page indicated that steps were being
taken to upgrade their equipment and such.  It would "appear" that perhaps
they've brought the new system online.  The log queue time is now
decreasing rather than increasing.
It'll be interesting and fun to watch and see if this trend continues.
