[OKDXA] For sale - for a friend

Reg,
I don't doubt that everything you say is valid and has merit but, simply 
put, I was simply the conduit to get the information out.  I'm not really in 
a position to, nor am I particularly inclined to, "counsel" my friend as to 
what he should ask. If anyone, or everyone, thinks the price a bit much then 
the offer should slide on by with no further consideration.
However, thanks for your input.
