[OKDXA] Ice and antennas

All antennas made it through just fine. The ice didn't all come off as 
expected: some came off as a sleeve, which was a bit scary because as 
the sleeve slowly slid off, the loading moment increased and things 
drooped even more. The good news is that there appear to be no permanent 
deformation of any booms or elements. Yippee!

Ice certainly is an effective dielectric loader, not to mention structural.
