No ice accumulation of note here in Wichita Falls. Jim in Sulphur
reports the same there. I'll keep my fingers crossed for you folks.

The longer elements on my log periodic are sagging a lot but so far they
have not broken.
The eyelet at the top of my balun on my 30-40m Inverted V gave way causing
the apex of my inverted "V" to fall down about ten feet. Right now the balun
is dangling in mid air with only the coax holding it off the ground. The
coax is still in the coax loops which are located at four places along the
length of the tower.
I have a crankup tower here which, when fully extended, is 33' feet high.
Before the storm I cranked it down to about 28 feet. I didn't crank it all
the way down because according to the storm warning the expected conditions
were "only some ice and not strong winds". My tower is now frozen at the 28
foot height. I can't crank it either up or down. Once things thaw out I'll
assess the situation.
My log periodic "looks" OK visually from the ground. It may or may not have
some type of problem which will be evident once I try to test it with an SWR
bridge.
I took some damage documentation pictures of my mini-antenna farm here a few
minutes ago. I'll have them up on my website within a couple of days. My
website is simpsonfamilyokc.com.
