[OKDXA] Best times for VU7

[W5LE]

For what it's worth, they're pretty copyable on14.260 right now, short 
path.  They're never terribly strong and right now they're only about 
5/3 to 5/4 but definitely copyable.  Not sure if they'll be copyable on 
wire antennas very well or not.  Worth giving a listen though.
