Agree with Gene, this morning I worked them on 15 meters, SP at 1416Z. they
were specifically calling for 5's and 9's which no doubt helped.
Good Luck

My QSO's are as follows, to give some idea of "windows" of propagation:
20M SSB @ 2303 UTC
17M CW @ 1815 UTC
20M RTTY @ 1656 UTC
15M SSB @ 1406 UTC
So I think your best bet is going to be between 1700 and 2300 UTC.
Hopefully, for your sake, as the DXpedition winds down and they've thinned
out the massive pileups, it'll be easier to work them. Earlier in the day
for 15 and above, 1700 and later for 20M.
Good luck and hope you bag 'em.

others in Oklahoma found to be the best times and frequencies to work them?
Don't have much of a station here but did hear them pretty good on 17m one
afternoon.
