Ladies and Gents,
I'm posting a letter I received from Bob Allphin, K4UEE.  I will be contacting the officers of the OKDXA directly to vote on the amount of a contribution from the club.  The main thing I'd like for you to consider, after reading this letter from Bob, is individual contributions.  It's going to be a very expensive DXpedition and all help will be greatly appreciated.  There's a couple of ways this could be done.  You could contribute directly and get individual credit or you could place some funds in the OKDXA account and it would make it possible to make the total contribution from the OKDXA a bigger amount.  All clubs giving $500 or more get their logos displayed.  I, personally, think this would be great.  If this latter option is what you choose, you can send your funds to Bruce, K5PX.  If you ARE using this method, please email me and Bruce as soon as possible and let us know this is your intention.  This will impact the dollar amount that will be put to vote before the officers.
