[OKDXA] CQ WW DX Webinar Posted

[N5PA]

Randy did a great job with the CQ WW DX Webinar yesterday!  It was time well
spent and I think it cleared up some of the misconceptions that some people
had about the new rules.  I applaud the CQ WW DX Contest Committee for
strengthening the rules to make sure that everyone is on a fair play field.
I think everyone will like the results being published much quicker, also.
