[OKDXA] Texas QSP Party

Had a great time in the Texas Panhandle on Saturday being a rover for the Texas QSP Party.  I decided to drive the extra distance to the panhandle to avoid the rain that affected most of the counties in Texas and thoroughly enjoyed the experience.  Great reports on my signal and audio using my 20 year old Yaesu FT-890 and my new Tarheel 200, hitch mounted, on the Tahoe.  The extra help was much appreciated by the Texas hams and maybe if we participate more in their parties they will do the same for us and give us some much needed rovers in the future.
