[OKDXA] IRC's going away?

I think what I find comical about this story (their claim that there's not
enough demand for IRC'S)
is that, if you walk into a post office and ask for some of them, you're
likely to get a blank "Duh, what is that?" stare. I had an occasion when I
was in the Glenpool post office one day and when I told the lady at the
front desk, "maybe you could check with the postmaster on this", the reply I
got was, "I am the Postmaster". If their own people don't know what they
are, or what to do with them, should it be any wonder they're not doing a
robust business with them?
I think I see fund transfer services like PayPal coming more into the
international arena if IRC's go away. Perhaps it's just as well.
