Just wanted to recap what has happened over the last month.

OKDXA had it's annual forum at Ham Holiday.  It was great to see all of you who attended that.  AF5CC, John Geiger, rejoined the OKDXA.  Gary McCrorey, WQ5R, renewed his membership.  Bert, K2BA, and Carmen, K5ADI, paid for the OKDXA banquet coming up on October 13th, as did James, AB5FS.
Also at the OKDXA meeting, the Board of Directors approved a $100 donation for the upcoming (November) DXpedition to Campbell Island, ZL9HR.  A request for a donation for V84SMD, Brunei, was voted down.  The club thanks and welcomes the renewals and the banquet advance payments.  

In news apart from the OKDXA meeting at Ham Holiday, we've also recently had Reginald, AA4GI, join the OKDXA.  Welcome to him.  A vote was taken  among the Board of Directors for a request for a donation for an upcoming DXpedition to Chad, TT8TT.  It is 76th on the most wanted countries list.  The Board of Directors voted no on that one.  

I appreciate everyone in the club, and I thank the Board of Directors for serving in an official capacity to make it possible for the OKDXA to advance the cause of DX.
