[OKDXA] OKDXA Digest, Vol 96, Issue 7

For those having trouble with 9M0L Spratley - I have had luck on 21mhz
cw late afternoon in Harrah.  Haven't heard them on 14mhz, but those
with big antennas would have heard them on 14mhz I would think.
