[OKDXA] Green Country Hamfest

The Green Country Hamfest is taking place this year on March 11th and 12th.  I have sent the funds to reserve a table for the Oklahoma DX Association.  I have also sent an email to book a time slot for the OKDXA meeting.  I'm waiting to see what time slot is available to us.
Historically, we have held our election of officers at Ham Holiday in Oklahoma City, however I feel it is in order for us to schedule the election this time at the Green Country Hamfest.  The reason I feel this is so important is that we have been in a "transitional" stage since the onset of Jerry's health issues.  Also, we have a number of positions held by persons who no longer even have a current membership in the club, which renders them ineligible to hold office.  
Only persons with current (2011) memberships will be eligible to vote and only persons with current memberships will be eligible to hold an office within the OKDXA.
To those of you who are unsure of your eligibility to vote or hold office, you can find your status on the OKDXA roster.
On the OKDXA website, click on "about OKDXA" and then click on "membership roster".  
In addition to this posting on the reflector, I will send out an email to all current members letting them know of the election at Green Country Hamfest instead of Ham Holiday.
