[OKDXA] 2011 OKQP dates

Connie, K5CM and Pam, N5KW have agreed to take on the responsibilities of 
the Oklahoma QSO Party this year.  They are in the process of formulating 
the rules right now and once they provide me with that information I will 
post it on the OKDXA website.  Thanks Connie and Pam!!!
