[OKDXA] Cameroon open on 10M

[Robert Redmon]

I haven't heard him on 10 and 12 (daytime bands), but did work him on 80 
and 160, so all is not lost. Took the afternoon off, but just caught the 
tail end of the 10 meter opening.
